📦 Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Custom or made-to-order items may take 5–7 business days to ship.

You will receive an email with your tracking ID once your parcel is dispatched.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

Domestic (India): 4-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your city and courier coverage.

International Orders: Currently, we are not shipping internationally through our website. For orders above USD 100, we can ship internationally. Please write to gemsarashop@gmail.com to place an International order.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen events.
💎 Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.

Orders below ₹999 will have a flat shipping fee of ₹80.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders carry a ₹100 COD charge.
📬 Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track it from your account page on gemsarashop.com.
🌸 Delivery Issues
If a product arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Please email us at gemsarashop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).

Include your order number and an unboxing video/photos.

We’ll investigate immediately and ensure a suitable replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Please provide the correct shipping address and contact number at checkout. Gemsara will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
