Gemsara Return & Refund Policy

At Gemsara, every crystal and jewelry piece is hand-selected and carefully inspected before dispatch. Natural stones may have colour variations, inclusions, pattern differences or minor irregularities — these are not considered defects but a mark of authenticity.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product received is damaged, broken, or
  • An incorrect item was delivered.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preferences
  • “I did not like the product”
  • Natural colour variations/inclusions
  • Metaphysical or healing expectations

How to Request a Return?

To request a return for a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Email us at gemsarashop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a clear unboxing video + photos.
    Returns without unboxing video will not be eligible.
  3. The product must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Return pickup depends on courier availability in your area. If pickup is unavailable, the customer may need to ship the item back.

Refunds for Approved Returns

  • Refunds are processed 1–2 working days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • COD orders will be refunded via UPI/bank transfer.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours if not shipped.
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.
