  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and other secure payment gateways via Cashfree.

  • Prices may change without prior notice due to market fluctuations or product availability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India using trusted courier services.

  • Dispatch time is typically 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location (5–10 business days).

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns on crystals, rudraksha, or ritual items due to their energetic nature.

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and video. Back shipping is the responsibility of customer and we will process the refund upon receipt of the item. In this case, we will offer you replacement or store credit that you can use for your next purchase.

  • Refunds are applicable in cases where we cannot fulfil your order due to stock limitations or payment gateway error. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are not accepted as products are often pre-energised or packed.
