📦 Shipping Within India

  • We currently ship across India via trusted courier partners like Delhivery, DTDC, or India Post, depending on your location.

  • Standard dispatch time: Within 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time: Typically 5–10 business days depending on the destination.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to festivals, natural calamities, or courier restrictions — we appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Flat ₹75 shipping charge for orders below ₹1999.

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1999.

  • COD Orders (if enabled): Additional ₹100 COD handling charge may apply.

✨ Order Processing

  • Products are packed with positive intentions in an aesthetic packaging.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • A confirmation email and SMS with tracking details will be sent once the order is dispatched.

📦 Packaging

  • We ensure secure and aesthetic packaging using jute pouches, boxes, and protective wrapping to keep your crystals safe in transit.

  • All parcels are sealed with care and packed with intention to preserve the vibration of the products.

🔁 Delivery Issues

  • If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please notify us within 24 hours so we can raise an investigation with the courier partner.

  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to re-ship it. Additional shipping charges may apply.

📍 Remote Area Deliveries

We do our best to deliver to all serviceable pin codes. However, deliveries to remote or restricted areas may take longer or may not be possible due to courier limitations. In such cases, we’ll reach out to you with alternatives.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping through this website. Stay tuned — global delivery is on our future roadmap!
