A. Gemsara means "World of Gems" – a soul-led crystal shop curated by a certified Numerologist and Vaastu Consultant. We offer crystals, rudraksha, gemstone jewelry, spiritual decor, and healing kits rooted in Indian spiritual wisdom.

Q. Are your crystals authentic?
A. Yes! All our crystals are 100% natural, sourced from trusted vendors across India, and carefully checked for quality.

Q. Are the crystals energised before shipping?
A. We do not energise the crystals. The further ritual to cleanse the crystal / rudraksh after they reach and intention setting will be shared along with your order.

Q. What kind of products do you offer?
A. We offer a wide range of spiritual tools – from raw and tumbled crystals to jewelry, rudraksha, healing kits, Vaastu remedies, ritual salts, geodes, candles, and sacred home decor items.

Q. How do I know which crystal is right for me?
A. You can browse our crystal kits based on life intentions (career, love, health, etc.) or book a personalised crystal consultation with us.

💻 Orders & Payments

Q. How do I place an order?
A. Just visit www.gemsarashop.com, add your favourite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.

Q. What payment methods are accepted?
A. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking via a secure payment gateway (Cashfree).

Q. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A. No, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed, as the packaging and cleansing process begins shortly after confirmation.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q. Do you ship across India?
A. Yes, we ship all over India through trusted courier partners.

Q. When will my order be delivered?
A. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days. Delivery time depends on your location and courier timelines.

Q. Will I get tracking details?
A. Yes, tracking details will be emailed or SMSed to you once your order is shipped.

🔁 Returns & Replacements

Q. Can I return or exchange a product?
A. Due to the sacred and personal nature of our products, we don’t offer returns or exchanges.

Q. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
A. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and videos. Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit. Refer to the Returns and Refund section for more information.

Q. Do you offer crystal consultations?
A. Yes! We offer:

  • Basic Crystal & Rudraksh Consultation – Based on your Date of Birth and intentions, you’ll receive a personalised recommendation - NOT AI generated. Price: ₹999

  • Advanced Numerology Consultation – Includes name analysis & correction suggestion, crystal and rudraksha suggestions, and other numerology-based remedies. Price: ₹1999

Both consultations are shared as voice notes on WhatsApp. or as PDF.

Q. Do you offer gifting options for companies or events?
