Return / Refund Policy

At Gemsara, every piece is handcrafted with care and thoroughly checked before it reaches you.
Since our products are made from natural crystals and semi-precious gemstones, slight variations in colour, shape, or texture are normal and part of their natural beauty.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges, once an order has been delivered, are only available if the product delivered is damaged or incorrect.
  • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gemsarashop@gmail.com with clear photos and your Order Number and nature of the defect. Requests placed after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
  • For returns, the items must not be worn / used; and returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds (for damaged or wrong items) will be processed to your original payment method within 1-2 business days after the product is returned and inspected.

  • In case of prepaid orders, payment gateway fees may be deducted if applicable.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them if they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible.

Important Note

  • All our products are handcrafted, and minor variations or natural inclusions in gemstones do not qualify as defects.
  • We take utmost care in packaging so your purchase reaches you safely and beautifully.
