Return & Refund Policy – Gemsara Shop

At Gemsara, each product is handpicked and packed with intention. Due to the spiritual and delicate nature of our offerings, we follow a mindful return and refund policy. Please read carefully before placing an order.

❌ Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on crystals, rudraksha, or spiritual tools once they are sold and shipped. This is because:

  • Spiritual tools like crystals and rudraksha are very sensitive to subtle energies.

  • Re-selling returned spiritual items may compromise their energy and sacredness.

  • Our products are delicate and may be damaged if handled improperly during returns.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take the utmost care in packaging your order, but in rare cases, if your product arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or store credit. To be eligible:

  • You must email us at gemsarashop@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

  • Attach clear photographs and videos of the damaged or incorrect item, along with unboxing images/video if available.

  • Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition with all tags/pouches.

Once verified, we will either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a store credit that you can use on your next order.

💳 Refunds

We do not offer cash or bank refunds except in cases where:

  • We are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability.

  • You are double charged due to a payment gateway error.

Refunds (in such cases) will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after placing the order.

  • Minor differences in color, size, or texture – crystals are natural and vary.

  • Delay in delivery due to courier issues or force majeure events.

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.
