Return / Refund Policy

At Gemsara, every piece is handcrafted with care and thoroughly checked before it reaches you.
Since our products are made from natural crystals and semi-precious gemstones, slight variations in colour, shape, or texture are normal and part of their natural beauty.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

  • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gemsarashop@gmail.com with clear photos and your order details.

  • After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds (for damaged or wrong items) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the product is returned and inspected.

  • In case of prepaid orders, payment gateway fees may be deducted if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Bracelets, earrings, or any jewellery worn close to the skin.

  • Crystal products that show signs of wear, use, or breakage after delivery.

  • Sale items, custom-made or personalised pieces.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them if they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible.

Important Note

All our products are handcrafted, and minor variations or natural inclusions in gemstones do not qualify as defects.
We take utmost care in packaging so your purchase reaches you safely and beautifully.
